Q) How long does it take to play a game?A) Approximately 10 minutes per player on the same lane. Example: If you have 4 bowlers on one lane it will take around 40 minutes to complete a game.
Q) What if we run out of time in the middle of a game?A) You may purchase additional time if your time runs out and there are no pre-scheduled groups using your lane after your scheduled time.
Q) Do you have bumpers?A) Yes we do! They can be put up per your request upon arrival or if noted in your reservation.
Q) Do I need to wear bowling shoes?A) Yes, you must wear proper bowling shoes to prevent injury and protect our wood bowling approaches!

All reservations require a deposit, and in some cases, payment in full. Your deposit will be used to pay the balance due on your reservation. No deposits will be refunded.
Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation start time to receive a deposit credit to your bowler account. To cancel or reschedule a reservation prior to the deadline, please contact West County Lanes by phone at (636)-227-1469.
When making a reservation please book as accurately as possible. For example, if you only book your activity for one hour or one game, and after arriving you decide you want to extend or add time, you may NOT be able to extend or add to your experience if there is another reservation or a waiting list for that activity.
In the event that your group is late and the lanes or activity have another reservation following or a waiting list queue, you will forfeit, without refund, the amount of time to allow your group to finish as originally scheduled.
A confirmation will be automatically generated by the system. Please present this confirmation when you check-in. Also, as a reminder, if you are making this reservation from your place of work, please make certain that you set the mail@westcountylanes.com to your “safe senders” list in your email program, as certain business spam filters may flag your confirmation as spam.
Although we strive to provide the best services to our guests, occasionally there is a mechanical breakdown or other unexpected circumstance (such as inclement weather) that causes a delay or change in your reservation. West County Lanes reserves the right to alter the number of lanes/activities available, or to alter the times available for your event, without compensation to your group, with notice.
